Bronagh Waugh Bio
Bronagh Waugh (born October 6, 1982 in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, UK) is an actress and writer, best known for The Fall (2013), Unforgotten (2015) and Agatha and the Curse of Ishtar (2019).
She is also known for her role as Cheryl Brady on the popular English soap opera Hollyoaks. The role earned her a nomination for a British Soap Award in 2010 for Best Newcomer, Best Actress and Best Comedy Performance. She was also nominated for two National Television Awards.
Prior to appearing on the show, Bronagh made her screen debut in a Thai soap opera titled Khrop Khrua Angrit. She also secured a role as an extra on the television series Doctor Who. Since leaving Hollyoaks, Bronagh has also appeared in multiple dramas including The Fall, Unforgotten and the crime drama, Ridley. She also appeared with Heather Graham in the 2008 comedy movie Miss Conception.
