Lydia West (born June 24, 1993 in London, England) is a British TV actress, best known for her roles in the sci-fi miniseries Years and Years and the drama miniseries It's a Sin. She was also a guest performer in the BBC drama-horror series Dracula.
After graduating from university with a degree in business, Lydia worked as a personal assistant and trained part-time at Identity School of Acting in London. Her breakout role came in the Russell T. Davies series Years and Years in 2019 for BBC1. In 2020, she secured a role as a voice actor and narrator for The Wonderful Wizard of Oz on Audible. She returned to work with Russell T. Davies in 2021 on yet another project titled It's a Sin, She starred on the series alongside Olly Alexander, and bagged a BAFTA nomination for her role.
In 2022, she appeared as Monique Thompson in the Apple TV+ series Suspicion. She also appeared as Reilly Clayton in Mike Myers' Netflix comedy The Pentaverate.
