NikkieTutorials Bio
Nikkie de Jager born on March 2, 1994, Wageningen, Netherlands, is a Dutch makeup artist and beauty vlogger revered as one of the most influential personalities in the beauty world. De Jager started posting makeup tutorials and product reviews on her YouTube channel ‘NikkieTutorials’ in 2008. She rose to massive popularity with her “The Power of Makeup” video. The video that showed half of De Jager’s face all glammed up and the other half without makeup inspired hundreds of makeup artists to follow suit. Her outstanding makeup skills and candid personality earned her the "YouTube Guru Award” at the Shorty Awards and "Choice Fashion/Beauty Web Star" at the Teen Choice Awards. In addition to collaborations with beauty brands Ofra, and Maybelline, De Jager’s success also saw her named the Global Beauty Adviser for Marc Jacobs Beauty. She has garnered an overwhelming following of 13 million on both YouTube and Instagram. De Jager has also collaborated with and given a mesmerizing makeup over to Lady Gaga.
