Dia Frampton is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and TV personality who performs pop-rock music. She was born in Draper, Utah, United States, on October 2, 1987.
Dia began her music career in 2004 when she began performing with her sister Meg Frampton as the pop-rock duo Meg & Dia, and her discography with her sister now includes the hit singles Monster, December, Darling, Roses, Indiana, and the albums Happysad, Cocoon, and It’s Always Stormy in Tillamook.
Dia became famous in 2011 when she competed in the inaugural season of the reality show The Voice, which also featured CeeLo Green, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Christina Aguilera, and she went on to finish as the runner-up behind Javier Colon.
