Saving Abel is a rock band formed in 2004 in Corinth, Mississippi, USA. Their genres of music include hard rock, post-grunge, and Southern rock. The band is associated with labels like Virgin and eOne. It consists of Jason Null (lead guitar, backing vocals), Scott Bartlett (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Jared Weeks (lead vocals), Dave Moraata (drums), and Scott Wilson (bass).
Their debut single, Addicted, entered Billboard Hot 100 and Top 40. Their self-titled debut album charted on Billboard Top 50 and was RIAA-certified platinum. The band released its sophomore album, Miss America, in 2010. It debuted in the top 25 albums. Saving Abel has five Billboard Top 10 songs.
Saving Abel released their third album, Bringing Down the Giant, in 2012, and their fourth album, Blood Stained Revolution followed in 2014. They have won several awards from MTV, VH1, Fuse, BMG, and Music Choice. They released the Shade of Grace 20 Year Songs EP in 2021.
