Bonde das Maravilhas Bio
Bonde das Maravilhas, also known as BDM, is a Brazilian funk carioca created in 2011 in Niterói. The music and dance group, based in Rio de Janeiro, is best known for their upbeat and energetic pop songs. At inception, it consisted of five teenage members – Joyce, Karoline, Thaysa, Rafaela and Thalia.
The group has since evolved to one of the most popular music acts in Brazil and gained international recognition for their unique style of music and dance. Remarkably, they have been featured on television shows and movies worldwide.
Bonde das Maravilhas created a YouTube channel on February 13, 2013. Shortly after the announcements of the channel, the group gained a huge following for their daring choreography. They also secured partnerships with funk artists from the region.
