Halfway Bio
Halfway is an Australian eight piece country music band formed in Brisbane, Australia in 2000. The members of the band are John Busby, Chris Dale, Elwin Hawtin, Ben Johnson, Noel Fitzpatrick, Liam Fitzpatrick, John Willsteed, and Luke Peacock. In 2003 they released their debut studio album titled Farewell to the Fainthearted and have since released the albums Remember the River, An Outpost of Promise, Any Old Love, The Golden Halfway Record, Live At The Triffid, and Rain Lover. The band releases their music and albums through the labels Plus One Records and ABC Music. Halfway tours extensively around Australia and around the world. They have played shows with the artists and bands Gomez, The Black Keys, You Am I, Band of Horses, The Jayhawks, Richard Hawley, Teenage Fanclub and others.
