Benito Skinner Bio
Benito Skinner is an American comedian and digital influencer born in 1993 in Idaho. He rose to fame for his humoristic impressions of celebrities like Kris Jenner and Gigi Hadid on YouTube. Skinner started vlogging after attending Georgetown University in 2016, where he studied English and media. The young comedian started out using a short format on Instagram, but the commitment he showed characterizing himself on his sketch comedy and parodies quickly earned him a larger and more demanding audience. Skinner then turned to longer formats for YouTube, and his channel gained more than 250,000 subscribers in the next couple of years. Seeing the response of his fans, the comedian decided to focus on live shows like the New York Comedy Festival, where he debuted his solo piece “Overcompensating.”
