Georges St-Pierre was born on May 19, 1981, in Saint-Isidore Quebec. is a French Canadian mixed martial artist. He is popularly known as “GSP” or “Rush.” Georges St-Pierre signed to the UFC and won the UFC middleweight championship in 2017. He also won the UFC Welterweight Champion three times. He is sometimes regarded as one of the greatest fighters in MMA. According to Rogers Sportsnet, he was regarded as Canadian Athlete of the year three times between 2008 and 2010. When Georges St-Pierre retired from MMA, he was acknowledged to have the most wins in title bouts and the second longest combined title streak in Ultimate fighting championship history.
