The Fray Bio
Coming from Denver, Colorado, The Fray is a rock band which plays pop, alternative, and Christian rock music. Found in 2002, their musical influences are U2, Maroon 5, and Counting Crows. Their 2005 debut “How To Save A Life” became an instant sensation which gave them prominence. Founding members Isaac Slade and Joe King was joined by Ben Wysocki and David Welsh.
Another hit, “Over My Head,” was actually their first single but only gained prominence with the release of “How To Save A Life” in 2005. The latter song was used for the American series “Grey’s Anatomy” becoming among the best hit singles of 2006.
