CARYS Bio
CARYS is a Canadian actress and singer, born as Aviva Chiara Mongillo on February 6, 1998, in Markham, Canada. She is best known for her hit single Princesses Don’t Cry, which was viral on TikTok. Other notable singles include Bad Boy, Some of You, and Crush. Her debut EP titled To Anyone Like Me was released on October 2, 2020, through Warner Music Canada. CARYS is also an acclaimed actor. She is known for her roles as Alya Kendrick in the Canadian TV series Backstage and Juniper in the Canadian sitcom Workin' Moms. In 2019, she appeared alongside Charlize Theron in the romantic comedy film Long Shot. She also made an appearance as Hannah in the horror film Random Acts of Violence.
