Daniela Hantuchová is a Slovak retired professional tennis player who competed in the WTA Tour and had a career-high singles rating of 7. She was born in Poprad, Czechoslovakia, on April 23, 1983.
Daniela began her professional tennis career in 1999 when she began competing in ITF events, and the following year, she made her WTA debut at the Australian Open. She went on to play competitively until 2017 when she retired from the sport. Throughout her professional career, she achieved a singles ranking of 7 and a doubles ranking of 9, and she shares the court with players like Maria Sharapova, Ana Ivanovic, Victoria Azarenka, and Venus Williams. Daniela won four mixed grand Grand Slams with Kevin Ullyett, Fabrice Santoro, Leoš Friedl, and Mahesh Bhupathi.
