Jon Huertas is an American actor born October 23, 1969, in New York City, U.S. Huertas is best known for his various roles in hit television series. Huertas started his career in 1998 with a portrayal of Joe Negroni in the romance drama movie Why Do Fools Fall in Love alongside movie stars Halle Berry, and Paul Mazursky. After his initial rise to prominence, Huertas played in the horror film Cold Hearts and the action flick Stealth Fighter both in 1999. His most prominent role came in 2008 when Huertas played in the 7-episode mini-series Generation Kill. In the 2010s Huertas recorded multiple successful television roles for which he is widely recognized - Castle (2016) and the main role of Javi Esposito and This Is Us (2016) where he is part of the main cast since season 2. His other notable film roles include The Objective (2008), Stash House (2012), and the thriller drama Imprisoned (2019).
