James David Thomas Argent, also known as Arg, is an English TV personality best known for his work in reality television. He was born in Waltham Forest, London England, on December 5, 1987.
James became famous in 2010 when he joined the cast of the reality series The Only Way Is Essex, which also features Chloe Sims, Joey Essex, Lauren Goodger, and Amy Childs, and he went on to star in the show until 2018. He has also made several appearances on the TV shows Loose Women, The Real Dirty Dancing, This Morning, Celebrity Juice, Dancing on Ice, I'm a Celebrity... Extra Camp, and Celebrity Super-Spa.
James has amassed a large following on Instagram where he regularly shares lifestyle content.
