Jen Widerstrom Bio
Jen Widerstrom is a fitness trainer born on 24th August 1982 in Illinois, United States. Since childhood, Widerstrom has always had a passion for physical activity and often took part in diving and gymnastics. After graduating from college she decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. She started working towards becoming a professional and highly skilled trainer.
Her breakthrough came when a casting agent for the television series “American Gladiators” offered her the role of gladiator Phoenix in the second season of the series in 2008. She said the chance to participate in the show was one of her best experiences as a fitness enthusiast. Her experience in television made her popular. After the conclusion of the show, she went back to her career as a fitness trainer, where she added Pilates and CrossFit training to her workout. She later appeared on the reality television show “The Biggest Loser”.
