Sarah Jessica Parker Bio

Sarah Jessica Parker was born on March the 25th 1965 in Ohio and is an American designer, producer and actress. The actress’s career began in 1974 on stage and she began in television with the movie, The Little Match Girl in the titular role. She then went on to work in television shows such as Square Pegs, A Year in the Life, Equal Justice and then went on to portray Carrie Bradshaw in her breakthrough role in Sex and the City from 1998-2004. For her role in the show she won many accolades, including multiple Emmy Awards.

In film the actress has enjoyed credits such as the film Footloose where she portrayed Rusty, The Family Stone in which she portrayed Meredith as well as reprising her role as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City and it’s sequel. The actress has also portrayed Maggie in the film All Roads Lead to Rome.
