A Thousand Horses is an American country music band based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. The band was formed in 2010 when four music enthusiasts came together to do what they loved the most; making music that’s both touching and refreshing. Their distinctive music infuses English and American rock with country and soul accents. The band consisting of Michael Hobby (lead vocalist), Bill Satcher (lead guitarist), Zach Brown (guitarist and vocalist), and Graham Deloach (bassist and vocalist) released their debut album ‘A Thousand Horses’ with Republic Nashville in 2010. The amazing part was that the album was recorded in only 6 days and its song ‘Suicide Eyes’ was also featured in the move Footloose (2011). 2015 marked the release of their second album ‘Southernality’. Its single ‘Smoke’ climbed the Country Airplay chart to number 1 position. Rolling Stone declared them the best up-and-comer in 2014. They have performed all over the country garnering fame and praise for their unique style.
