Aaron Nesmith is a professional basketball player born on October 16, 1999, in Charleston, South Carolina. Having played basketball since a young age, Nesmith became a varsity player at Porter-Gaud School when he was in 8th grade. He helped lead the team to win the state championships three years in a row. This led him to receive over 40 college offers that wished to recruit him to their teams. He eventually chose Vanderbilt, where he played from 2018-2020. During his career at Vanderbilt, he played 46 games totaling 1427 minutes and scored a total of 675 points. After Vanderbilt, he was selected by the Boston Celtics as the 14th overall pick of the first round at the 2020 NBA Draft. He plays as the guard-forward
