Mirza Abbas Ali, widely known as Abbas, is an actor, model, and motivational speaker born in Howrah, West Bengal, India, on May 21, 1975. He worked in the camera department on the set of Shastra, Mashooq, Khiladi, Jaan Ki Kasam, Hatya, and Dahek: A Restless Mind. In 1999, he appeared in Krishna Babu, Anaganaga Oka Ammayi, Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu, Raja, Alludu Garu Vacharu, and Ek Bulandi.
Abbas has starred opposite Abhinay Vaddi, Suhasini Maniratnam, Srinagar Kitty, and Shruti Hariharan. In 2002, he portrayed Rajnath Guru in Ansh: The Deadly Part and Anand in Pammal K. Sambandam. He appeared as a guest in Adhu, Azagiya Theeye, and Three Roses.
In 2005, Abbas appeared in Vanakkam Thalaiva, Political Rowdy, Man on Mission Taqatwar, Dost Ke Liye, and Dil Ke Pechey Pechey. In 2014, he starred as Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis in Ramanujan. His acting credits include Pachakallam, Vaidehi, Appu and Pappu, Idhi Sangathi, and 47A Besant Nagar Varai.
