Abbey Lee Kershaw is an Australian model and actress, born on June 12, 1987, in Melbourne, Australia. Abbey is the daughter of professional football player Kim Kershaw. She was discovered on the beach by a modeling agent when she was a teenager.
She moved to Sydney to pursue a career in modeling and has worked for Kathy Ward's Chic Management agency before moving to New York City-based Next Management in 2007. She began walking down the catwalk for designers like Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Rodarte, and Marc Jacobs. WWD and Style.com called her a top newcomer for the Fall 2008 season. The Australian model has done campaigns for major companies such as Chanel, Gucci, and Versace and has appeared on the covers of many magazines.
She made her film debut playing The Dag in Mad Max: Fury Road in 2015, next to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Charlize Theron. Since then, she has appeared in numerous films like Ruben Guthrie, Gods of Egypt, Office Christmas Party, The Neon Demon, and The Dark Tower, among others.
