Action Bronson Bio
Chef-turned-rapper Action Bronson was born Arian Asllani on December 2, 1983, in Queens, New York. Before he sprang onto the music scene, he worked as a gourmet chef and is known to reference food on his tracks. Action Bronson released his debut album Dr. Lecter in 2011, followed by Well Done that same year. Action Bronson was signed to Goliath Artists management company in 2012 after being taken under the wing of manager Paul Rosenberg. He later released a mixtape with producer The Alchemist, entitled Rare Chandeliers, that same year.
Action Bronson was honored by XXL Magazine as part of the 2013 Freshman Class, and that year, he signed with Atlantic Records to release Saaab Stories, an EP, on which appeared Wiz Khalifa, Raekwon, and Prodigy. 2014 saw the release of his album through Atlantic, titled Mr. Wonderful, as well as his tour with J. Cole, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and 360 in Australia and New Zealand.
