Adam Peaty is the actual holder of the 100-meter breaststroke record-breaker. The swimmer was born on 28th December 1994 in Uttoxeter in Great Britain. Adam started out as a junior Swimmer in 2012 and won his first national medals in 2013 during the British Gas Swimming Championships which took place in Sheffield. Adam Peaty is the first one to ever do a triple world Olympics game. Adam is Great Britain’s most decorated swimmer and has received numerous awards among which best Male Swimming Performance of the Rio 2016 Games by FINA. As of date, Peaty has accumulated 42 gold medals, 9 silver medals, and 3 bronze medals. He has competed in Commonwealth, European, Olympic, and World Championship. During the 2020 Olympic games, Peaty defended his title as World Olympic 100-meter breaststroke and helped Great Britain win the gold medal for the mixed medley relay.
