Adewale Rotimi O. C. E. Akinnuoye-Agbaje is a British actor born on 22 August, 1967 in London, England. The actor is nicknamed Triple A or A Wally. The actor is known for his signature deep voice and long stature. Because of his physical appearance, he has landed many film and television roles as a sinister or militaristic character.
Before moving to L.A. to pursue a career in acting, Adewale received his Masters degree in Law from King’s College in London. In 1995, he landed his first serious movie role in the film Congo. He continued to act in the popular HBO series Oz from 1997-2003 and another film role in 2001 in The Mummy Returns. It’s his role in Lost as Mr. Eko opposite Josh Holloway and Jorge Garcia, in 2004, that got him international celebrity status.
