Adrienne “LDN” Herbert is a British fitness influencer, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker born in 1988. She trained as a dancer at the Doreen Bird Performing Arts School. In 2012 she started a fitness course for young mothers after a stressful period in her life, and it became a local success. She was encouraged to start a blog on her routine, which was eventually picked up by Women’s Health Magazine. In 2015, her following grew and she started a collaboration with Adidas that turned into a brand ambassadorship, while she also established partnerships with other brands like Puma and Gap. In 2018, Herbert started a podcast for Studio 71 called “Power Hour,” where she has had guests like Fearne Cotton and Richie Norton. As an entrepreneur, she has performed as an executive for the fitness app “Fiit.”
