Adut Akech Bio
Adut Akech, born as Adut Akech Bior, on December 25, 1999, in South Sudan, is a professional South Sudanese-Australian model. After being born in South Sudan, Adut Akech and her family moved to Kakuma, Kenya only to later move to Adelaide, Australia when she was only seven years old. She started her modeling career at the age of thirteen, collaborating with many model agencies as a way to achieve her dream of becoming a model. She eventually started professionally modeling at the age of sixteen after being signed to her mother’s model agency, Chadwick Models. Her first major fashion week runway happened in 2017 when she appeared as an executive for Saint Laurent S/S 17 and then F/W 17 and S/S 18. Adut Akech has collaborated with many famous publications such as American Vogue, British Vogue, Vogue Paris, and many others, as well as collaborating with many famous designers including Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Acne Studios, Tom Ford, and Zara.
