Questlove Bio
Born in 1971, Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson is an American hip hop artist and music journalist. Beginning with the group The Roots, Thompson released the albums “Do You Want More?!!!??!” in 1995 and “Illadelph Halflife” in 1996, both to critical acclaim. Aside from his own music talents, he also performs as a DJ, songwriter, and is the drummer and frontman on the band Black Thought. Thompson has also been on various televisions shows as a musical director, actor, composer, and has done sketch comedy. Such television accomplishments include iCarly, The Cleveland Show, Chappelle’s Show, Say Yes To The Dress, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Parks and Recreation.
