Ajiona Alexus is an American actress born in Tuskegee, Alabama on March 16, 1996. She is best known for her roles in the shows The Rickey Smiley Show and 13 Reasons Why and the films Acrimony and Breaking In. She started her acting career at the age of 12 and studies Theater Arts at the Alabama School of Fine Arts. Ajiona got her first acting role in 2012 in the show The Rickey Smiley Show where she appeared in 24 episodes as De’Anna. She continued landing roles in shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Code Black, Empire, 13 Reasons Why, Sons 2 the Grave 1, Light as a Feather, and Runaways. In 2017 she got her debut role in film in the movie Something Like Summer and has also had roles in the films Family Blood, Acrimony, and Breaking In. In 2013 she released her debut single titled “Dream Big.” She also has a large following on Instagram with over 1.9 million followers.
