Alejandra Guzman is a Mexican singer, songwriter, and actress born in Mexico City, Mexico on February 9, 1968. She has been singing since she was a child and over the course of her career has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide. She released her debut studio album in 1988 titled Bye Mamá and has continued releasing albums like ccDame Tu Amor, Eternamente Bella, Flor de Papel, Libre, Enorme, Cambio de Piel, Algo Natural, Soy, Lipstick, Indeleble, Fuerza, Único, A + No Poder and Poder. She has also released four live albums and three compilation albums. She started touring in 1990 with the Dame Tu Amor Tour and continues to tour to this day with her most recent La Guzman Tour 2019. Guzman has been nominated for a number of awards throughout her career and has won a Latin Grammy, an ASCAP Latin Award, two Premios Juventud Awards and more. In 2018 it was announced that she would be a coach on La Voz, a Spanish version of the singing competition The Voice.
