Alex Melton Bio
Alex Melton is a solo artist and YouTuber from Florence, South Carolina. He is known online for his covers of punk songs into country songs or pop-punk covers of other cross genres/mainstream acts. He started making demos in 2012 and started making covers after playing along to Taylor Swift’s song We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. Alex joined YouTube on August 31, 2012, and managed to amass hundreds of thousands of subscribers on his self-titled YouTube account. In November 2021, he signed to Pure Noise Records and celebrated the news by sharing a cover of Secrets by State Champs and having Ryan Scott Graham of the band feature on another. Some of his covers include his take on Third Eye Blind, Machine Gun Kelly, Dan + Shay, and many more.
