Alexander Ryback is a talented composer born on the 13th of May,1986, in Minsk, Belarus.
He was opportune to have both parents who were musicians. They taught him how to play the violin and piano at a young age, but he decided to play the violin. Later on, he and his parents moved to Nossoden, Norway, to settle down.
Alex would practice with his musical instrument for hours and also perform alongside his parents in musical concerts.
In 2005, he contested in the popular Norway talent hunt called ‘Idol.’ Unfortunately, he couldn’t win the test; however, he got the publicity he wanted.
The following year, he competed in ‘Kjempesjansen,’ a talent hunt show in Norway; as expected, he won the show and the heart of millions of Norwegians.
Building on this fame, he was invited by one of the biggest movie directors in Norway to act in a movie titled ‘Fiddler on the roof.’ He did well and eventually won the much-prized Hedda awards.
He continued his run of excellence by winning another prestigious award as the ‘spelleman of the year’ in 2009. In that same year, he bagged the ‘Best newcomer of 2009’ in the Rusian-MUZ award.
Alex had on different occasions hosted musical workshops for training young and aspiring artists.
He got into the American media space when he sent his song ‘Into the fantasy’ to Dream Animations to help him with the song’s production. The producer loved the song and decided to use it as a soundtrack for the blockbuster ‘How to train your dragon.’
