Alexandra Elle, also known as Alexandra Smith, is an American self-help writer, holistic healing coach, entrepreneur and creative based in Washington, D.C. She started writing as a teenager, and by 2013 she self-published “Words from a Wanderer”, a collection of brief reflections and poems. The title became an Amazon’s Top 100 Bestsellers in poetry later that same year. Her journal-oriented and auto-biographical style carried on with “Love in My Language” (2014), two volumes of “#Anote2self Meditation Journal” (2015), and “Neon Soul: A Collection of Poetry and Prose” (2017). Her work then gained the attention of numerous self-help and spirituality blogs and podcasts like On Being. It was also popularized with quotes on social media, earning her more than 200K account followers. In 2020 she published “After the Rain: Gentle Reminders for Healing, Courage, and Self-Love” with Chronicle Books.
