Alexisonfire Bio

Alexisonfire is a rock band from Canada. The five-member band was formed in 2001 in St. Catharines, Ontario. Initially, the band included George Pettit (vocalist), Dallas Green (vocalist and guitarist), Wade MacNeil (guitarist), Christopher Steele (guitarist), and Jesse Ingelevics (drummer). Ingelevics left the group in 2005 and was replaced by Jordan Hastings. The band remained active until December 20012, when it was disbanded. The band released its first EP, "Math Sheet Demos," in 2002.

The band traveled a lot, with several trips to North America and the UK in 2004. They released their second album with Distort Entertain. The album "Watch Out!" received gold certification, which pushed the album's sales over the gold threshold. The third album, "Crisis," was released in August 2006. After losing two members, who chose to pursue other things, the band was finally disbanded in 2012.
