Ali Gatie is an American, Toronto-based rapper and songwriter. Born on May 31, 1997, in Canada, Ali Gatie has perused a career in music at the age of eighteen and started recording his own songs in 2016. He had released a couple of singles throughout 2018 before signing a contract with Warner Records record label. His single named Moonlight reached over eight million views on YouTube. However, it was his single named It’s You, which was a part of his debut EP named You, released in November 2019, that was a huge commercial success and put Ali Gatie on the map. His debut EP included some of his previous singles with seven new singles being introduced to his audience. His single It’s You was charted within US Billboard Hot 100.
