Alice Braga Bio
Alice Braga Moraes is a Brazilian actress who is best known for her roles in Hollywood blockbusters I Am Legend, Elysium, and The Shack. She was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on April 15, 1983. Her first role in a major film the character Angelica in the 2002 film City of God, and she went on to have starring roles in the films Elysium and The Shack. Her most successful outing on the silver screen was the film I Am Legend in which she appeared alongside Will Smith, Willow Smith, Dash Mihok, and Salli Richardson-Whitfield. Alice lent her talents to the small screen through the TV series Queen of the South and We Are Who We Are. For her work in film and TV, Alice has received an ACIE Award for Best Actress, a Cinema Brazil Grand Prize Award for Best Actress, a Latino Entertainment Journalists Association Film Award for Best Voice or Motion Capture Performance, and a Prêmio Contigo Cinema Award for Best Actress.
