Alicia Moffet is a Canadian singer and songwriter, born on July 22, 1998 in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. She is recognized for her uniquely soulful voice. Alicia began singing in middle school but rose to fame after winning the sixth season of the Canadian reality competition television series, The Next Star performing the song Roar by Katy Perry. In 2014, she released her first single, Why Do Boys Lie. In 2015, she was a member of the Marc Dupre team on the third season of the Canadian show The Voice. Her debut studio album Billie Ave came out in 2020, and it included eight songs and one bonus track. Some of the songs were written in collaboration with other musicians, such as Milk & Bone and Jonathan Roy.
