All That Remains Bio

All That Remains is a heavy metal band formed in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1998. The current members of the band are Philip Labonte as the lead vocalist, Mike Martin on rhythm guitar, Jason Richardson as the lead guitarist, Aaron Patrick on bass guitar, and Jason Costa on Drums. The band was started with the members Philip Labonte, Oli Herbert, Michael Bartlett, Chris Bartlett, and Dan Egan. In 2002 they released their debut album titled Behind the Silence and Solitude with the label Prosthetic Records. They have since released the albums This Darkened Heart, The Fall of Ideals, Overcome, For We Are Many, A War You Cannot Win, The Order of Things, Madness, and Victims of the New Disease. Together they have released nine studio albums, one live album, one EP, and over 14 singles and have sold over a million records worldwide. The band’s sound has been described as metalcore, heavy metal, and melodic death metal. In 2007 they were nominated for a Boston Music Award for Outstanding Metal/Hardcore Band of the Year and in 2009 they were nominated for a Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for Best Breakthrough Artist.
