Amy Beth Dziewiontkowski, better known as Amy Ryan, is an award-winning American actress and producer best known for her work in film, television, and theatre. She was born in Queens, New York City, New York, United States, on May 3, 1968. Amy began her acting career in the early 1990s when she appeared in the TV series As the World Turns, Quantum Leap, and Brooklyn Bridge. She has since had a successful career on television, with recurring roles in the TV series Only Murders in the Building, The Office, The Wire, 100 Centre Street, The Naked Truth, and I'll Fly Away. She is best known for starring in the crime-drama film Gone Baby Gone alongside Morgan Freeman, Casey Affleck, Michelle Monaghan, and Edi Gathegi, but her filmography also includes Central Intelligence, Goosebumps, Bridge of Spies, Dan in Real Life, and Changeling.
