Amybeth McNulty Bio
Amybeth McNulty is an actress of Irish-Canadian descent from Ireland, who is best known for playing the role of Anne Shirley in the Netflix series called Anne with an E. The 19-year-old actress started performing at a young age, with ballet and amateur performances, and later shifted to doing musicals. She was seen in the RTE One series called Clear Break and Agatha Raisin in which she played minor roles. She also starred in The Sparticle Mystery. At the mere age of sixteen, McNulty was selected for playing the lead role of Anne Shirley in the series Anne with an E in the year 2017. This later proved to be her breakthrough role and garnered immense popularity and worldwide appreciation. She was also seen in the movies A Risky Undertaking and Morgan in the years 2014 and 2016 respectively. Amybeth won the Canadian Screen Awards for the Best Lead Actress in a drama series and the ACTRA Toronto Awards for Outstanding Performance, both in the year 2019.
