Andrew Keenan-Bolger is an actor born on 15th May 1985 in Detroit, Michigan, United States. He is best known for playing the role of Crutchies in the music film “Newsies”. He started his career as a teenager with the Broadway musical comedy “Seussical” in 2000. He went on to appear on Broadway plays “Beauty and the Beast” as Chip and “A Christmas Carol” as Young Scrooge. Andrew also appeared in the television series “The Naked Brothers Band” as Cristophe.
His notable appearances in film include “Marci X” and “Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas”. In October 2010, he starred in the Broadway production “Mary Poppins” as Robertson Ay. He went on to appear in Albert Ramsdell Gurney Jr.’s drama “Family Furniture” in 2013. The following year, he appeared in the romantic comedy film “The Rewrite”, alongside Marisa Tomei and Hugh Grant.
