Angélique Monique-Paulette Boyer Rousseau, better known as Angelique Boyer, is a French-born Mexican actress, model, and singer. She was born on July 4, 1988 in Saint-Claude, Jura, France. Angelique rose to fame thanks to her roles in the Mexican telenovelas Rebelde, Muchachitas Como Tú, and Corazón Salvaje. While filming Rebelde, she formed the band Citricus or C3Q'S together with her costars Estefanía Villareal and Zoraida Gómez and recorded one song - No Me Importa.
Her first leading role was in 2010`s Teresa, a remake of the 1959 telenovela of the same name starring Maricruz Olivier, which won her Premios TVyNovelas Award for Best Actress. She also starred in Abismo de Pasión and Amar a muerte. She also appeared in the movie J-ok'el, Alma de hierro, and The Three Sides of Ana.
