Anna Friel Bio
Anna Louise Friel is a British actress who was born on July 12th 1976 in Rochdale, Lancashire, England, UK. She was born and raised in England. Anna trained in drama at the Oldham Theater Workshop where she met Antony Cotton. Anna started acting when she was 13, appearing in a number of British television programmes. She debuted in London in 2001 and also appeared as Yelena in a 2012 production of Chekhov’s Uncle Vanya.
Anna rose to fame as an actress when she played Charlotte in Pushing Daisies, the series that ran from 2007 to 2009. She is also well known for appearing in The Look of Love, Land of the Lost and London Boulevard. She has also received numerous awards including National Television Award (1995), Drama Desk Award (1999) and Royal Television Society Award (2009).
