Anna Rose is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist, born on April 4, 1985, in New York City. She started her musical career in 2010 and has released several albums since then, including the 2010 Nomad, the 2013 Behold a Pale Horse, and the 2016 Strays in the Cut. Being the daughter of famed composer Alan Menken, Anna learned the piano at age 2, and the guitar at age 5. She has collaborated with artists such as Ron Pope, Marc Broussard, and Tyler Bryant, and has listed Joni Mitchell, Dolly Parton, Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, and Madison Cunningham as her dream collaboration choices in music. In 2023, the New York City native released the single Alameda, a track about escapism, courage, and dreams. Later the same year, she released the single Pray To The Trees, part of her new album Last Girl of the Rodeo.
