Anthony LaPaglia is an actor born on 31st January 1959 in Adelaide, Australia. He is widely recognized for playing Jack Malone in the police procedural drama television series “Without a Trace” from 2002 to 2009. He won the Golden Globe Award for his role in the series in 2004. LaPaglia started his career in 1985 by starring in an episode of the series “Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories”.
In 1987, he debuted in the thriller film “Cold Steel”. In 1992, he starred in the comedy horror film “Innocent Blood”. The following year, he was cast in the romantic black comedy film “So I married an Axe Murderer”. In 1999, he appeared in the crime thriller film “Summer of Sam”. He went on to appear in “Lantana” in 2001, “Manhood” in 2003, “Balibo” in 2009, “Happy Feet Two” in 2011, “Holding the Man” in 2015, just to name a few.
