Coming from Brighton, England, Architects is a metalcore band found in 2005. Their musical influences are Hatebreed, Shadows Fall, and Dillinger Escape Plan. Their genre is a mix of metalcore, death, and math metal. Their debut album is entitled “Nightmares” performed by members Tom and Dan Searle, Tim Hillier-Brook, Tim Lucas, and Matt Johnson.
By January 2007, Johnson was replaced by Sam Carter. Joined by Ali Dean, their second album entitled “Ruin” was released in 2008 under Century Media. They joined their first tour alongside other bands like Suicide Silence, Tony Danza Tapdance Eztravaganza, and Beneath the Massacre. Their third album was entitled “Hollow Crown” in 2009. In 2016, their “All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us” was released.
