Actor Armie Hammer, born Armand Douglas Hammer on August 28th 1986 in Los Angeles, California, dropped out of high school to pursue acting. Hammer began snagging small parts in various projects including Arrested Development, Veronica Mars, Flicka, Desperate Housewives, Blackout, Billy: The Early Years, and Spring Breakdown. The ambitious actor then landed a role in the iconic series, Gossip Girl, alongside Blake Lively. Armie appeared in Reaper, 2081, and The Last Hurrah, before landing his most recognisable role as the Winklevoss twins in The Social Network. His outstanding performance led to more projects including roles in J. Edgar, Mirror Mirror, The Lone Ranger, Entourage, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The Birth of a Nation, Nocturnal Animals, Free Fire, Mine, Hotel Mumbai, On the Basis of Sex, and Wounds. Hammer also took on voice acting roles in The Simpsons, American Dad!, The Polar Bears, Stan Lee’s Mighty 7, Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes, Disney Infinity 3.0, and Cars 3.
