Asha Bhosle Bio
Asha Bhosle is a Bollywood actress (born 8 September 1933. Although she has a larger repertoire, she is mainly recognized for her playback singing in Hindi films. Bhosle's career began in 1943 and has lasted for more than seven decades. Over the years, Bhosle has lent her voice to more than a thousand films. She has also released several IndiPop CDs and performed countless solo gigs in India and overseas. She stated in 2006 that she has sang around 12,000 songs, a figure that has been confirmed by numerous sources.
