Audio Push Bio
Hip-hop duo Audio Push originated in 2006 in Inland Empire, California, comprised of Julian Brown, who is known as Oktane, and Larry Jacks, known as Pricetag. Their debut release came in the form of a mixtape in 2009, titled The Soundcheck. This came on the heels of their signing to Interscope Records, and Audio Push had their break out hit with the single “Teach Me How to Jerk”. They followed this initial success with the more R&B inspired single “Up n Down”. In 2010, the duo released two mixtapes: The Backstage Pass and The Intermission. After releasing music with Soulja Boy, Audio Push released 7th Letter and My Turn in 2011, Truth Be Told and Inland Empire in 2012, and Come As You Are in 2013. Their debut album Audio Push was released in 2014.
