Audrey Esparza Bio
Audrey Esparza is an American actress, born on March 4, 1986, in Laredo, Texas. She is best known for playing the FBI agent Tasha Zapata on NBC`s television series Blindspot alongside Sullivan Stapleton and Jaimie Alexander. She graduated from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and trained at their Experimental Theatre Wing for four years. She appeared in several plays, including Rattlestick Playwrights Theater production of Underneath My Bed. Audrey has appeared in a variety of television projects, including Emmy Award-winning series The Americans as well as The Following, Golden Boy, Blue Bloods, Amateurs, and Madam Secretary. In 2014, she had a recurring role as Carlotta in The Black Box, appearing in 12 episodes. Audrey also had a recurring role in Power and on the series Public Morals as Theresa.
