Quamdeen Dosunmu, better known as Ayo Dosunmu, is an American professional basketball player who plays as a point guard in the NBA. The basketballer with Nigerian heritage was born in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on January 17, 2000. He spent his formative years playing for Morgan Park High School and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He turned professional in 2021 when he was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the second round of the NBA Draft. Throughout his career in Chicago, Ayo played alongside Lonzo Ball, DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine, and Alex Caruso. His career highlights include Consensus first-team All-American, Big Ten All-Freshman Team, First-team All-Big Ten, Bob Cousy Award, and a gold medal at the FIBA Americas U18 Championship.
