Bad Company Bio

Bad Company is a British hard rock supergroup formed in 1973 by members from King Crimson, Mott the Hoople, and Free, and they are bassist Boz Burrell, guitarist Mick Ralphs, singer Paul Rodgers, and drummer Simon Kirke. In 1974 they released a self-titled full-length album that included the single “Can't Get Enough of Your Love” and topped the international charts. Commercial success also came with the next album “Straight Shooter” and the hit single “Feel Like Makin' Love.” In the following years, the band produced two more LPs and went on hiatus until 1986. In the 1990s, after recruiting vocalist Brian Howe, the band gained some prominence with the LP’s “Holy Water” (1990) and “Here Comes Trouble” (1992). In 1993 the band released a compilation album called “The Best of Bad Company Live... What You Hear Is What You Get”, and by 1998 they also started touring with the original 1973 lineup. After the death of bassist Burrell in 2006, the band toured once more, this time with Lynyrd Skynyrd, commemorating their 40th anniversary in 2013.
